Description

The CNC Training Program is part of the TESSA Project (Energy Transition for an Inclusive and Sustainable Economic Growth), implemented by the ICU – Institute for University Cooperation, and funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) and the International Cooperation of the Government of Monaco, in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture in Sidon and South Lebanon (CCIAS).

The project aims to support Lebanon’s economic recovery by promoting green businesses, enhancing workforce skills, and creating inclusive and sustainable job opportunities.

The training program focused on equipping youth and professionals with practical skills in CNC machine operation, SolidWorks design software, as well as digital marketing and financial management, helping bridge the gap between available skills and labor market demands.

From March to May 2025,

A total of 64 trainees participated in 4 groups,

45 trainees successfully completed the training and received official certification,

Achieving a completion rate of 70%
