The Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture in Saida and South Lebanon (CCIAS) has been ISO 9001-2000 certified since March 2002. This certification comes along the chamber's effort to modernize and organize its operations in order to be able to provide its members with a superior quality service, with the aim of getting a 100% satisfied client. In this quest, and since excellence starts from within, the chamber has adopted international quality management standards (QMS) in its operations, which qualified it to get the ISO 9001-2008 certification. Thanks to the dedication of the chamber's board of directors represented by its president Mr. Mohammad Zaatari, and their commitment to quality, alongside with the perseverance of all the staff, CCIAS has been able to maintain a high level of quality in its operations. The result was passing the external control audits performed by Bureau Veritas, which is a reputable certification body in Lebanon , and getting the ISO 9001-2008 certification for three consecutive years (From Dec. 2008 till Dec. 2011).
